Learn about Joy's help and support options, from our AI assistant to our friendly team.

We want you to feel confident and empowered every step of the way when using Joy. That's why we've put together a robust support system and have a dedicated team ready to help you succeed!

You can get to all of these resources directly from Jovie, our knowledgeable AI Assistant. We’ve also listed them here for your convenience.

To access Jovie and these resources, click Help in the main menu.

Chat with us

Have a question about how to do something in Joy? Do you need an answer immediately? Jovie is happy to help 24/7/365! Just click Ask a question or view the Messages icon. Messages tab.

Type your question in the chat, then press Enter.

Jovie will respond immediately and even include links to relevant resources if you’d like to learn more!

Your most recent message to Jovie displays above the Ask a Question card so you can get back to it quickly if you need to refer to it.

You can also click the Messages tab to see all your previous messages.

If you’d prefer to chat with someone from our Success Desk, just tell Jovie, and she’ll get someone for you.


Documentation site

If you need more in-depth information, Jovie can direct you to the official Joy documentation site, where you’ll find a treasure trove of comprehensive articles, user guides, expert answers, practical tips, best practices, and other support resources.

You can access all of this information from the Help tab.

Roadmap

Curious about what's coming next? You can view Joy’s roadmap to learn about new features, planned improvements, and upcoming updates.

You can change what’s displayed in the roadmap and how it’s ordered by clicking the arrow and selecting your preferred sort order and filter.

Interested in a specific improvement? Click the Search icon. Search icon and enter what you’re looking for in the Search bar.

System status

If you're experiencing an issue, you can quickly check Joy’s status to see if there are any known service outages or maintenance happening.

Success Desk

Sometimes, you just need to talk to a person. Our friendly Success Desk team is here to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for you. They’re experts who are ready to provide timely answers and help you make the most of Joy.

You can reach them through live chat and email. To chat with someone from our Success Desk, just tell Jovie! For example, type something like, “I want to talk to a real person.”

If you're logged into Joy, you can click the Tickets tab to see tickets you've submitted to our Success Desk.
