The menu where you can navigate between the different areas in the system.

A user who is responsible for managing an object (i.e., a file or FlexDoc).

page view types

Displays information as distinct cards (tiles) containing relevant information. A good option when you want a high-level overview that you can scan.
kanban view

Someone with a direct relationship to the user, such as a supervisor. A user can only have one primary learning coordinator.

The instruction, question, or command you give to an AI-powered tool, such as Joy’s Knowledge Assistant, to tell it what to do. For example, you can give the Knowledge Assistant a prompt to summarize a long FlexDoc or ask it a question to get specific information.
response
The answer—in the form of text, information, or other content—that an AI-powered tool generates after you give it a prompt. For example, the answer the Knowledge Assistant provides when you ask it a question about a company policy, or the content it generates when you prompt it to draft an email, are both a “response”.
