An overview of FlexDocs in Joy, including their purpose, structure, and how to view and manage them effectively.

FlexDocs are powerful, customizable documents that allow you to create and share information effectively in Joy. A FlexDoc is made of pages containing text, images, links, embedded media, and more.

You can use FlexDocs to share a wide variety of content, including:

  • Policy manuals

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Process documentation

  • Internal guides

With collaborative editing and centralized management, FlexDocs ensure your resources are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.


Creating a FlexDoc

Create a FlexDoc anywhere in your Knowledge Center, then use the FlexDoc Editor to add content (such as text and media) and publish it when ready.

Viewing a FlexDoc

To view a FlexDoc, go to your Knowledge Center and locate the FlexDoc. Then, click on the card.

To search for a FlexDoc, type its name into the Search bar.

This will open the FlexDoc. If you want to see more details about the FlexDoc, or make changes to its settings, switch to the FlexDoc Admin panel.
