The Knowledge Center is the central hub where all your content (called knowledge assets in Joy) and resources live. From individual files to collaborative FlexDocs, the Knowledge Center makes it easy to manage everything in one place.
For structure, you can organize assets into folders and sub-folders, such as by department, team, or project.
The Knowledge Center allows you and your users to do the following:
Quickly find assets using Joy’s robust search functionality and various filter options.
Easily select and perform actions on assets, such as assigning a FlexDoc to a user.
Viewing the Knowledge Center
You can get to the Knowledge Center from the main menu.
Click the
Information icon to view more information about your Knowledge Center, such as when it was created.
This will open the Knowledge Center Admin panel where you can view and manage information and settings related to your Knowledge Center.
