You can quickly see a list of all of your tasks, and the tasks you’ve assigned to others, from the Tasks page.

The Tasks page provides a clear view of all your tasks in a centralized location. It can be accessed at any time by clicking Tasks in the main menu.

Tasks are organized into sections based on status (e.g., Not Started, In Progress). This layout, often called a kanban view, lets you quickly see all tasks, when each task is due, and their current status. Based on this information, you can prioritize your time and identify any critical items that are overdue.

The sections on the Tasks page are collapsible, so you can hide or show a section with a single click. This makes it easy to stay focused and find what you need quickly. To collapse a section, hover over the top of the section and click the <.

To show a collapsed section, hover over the top of the section and click the >.

You can search for tasks by name by typing in the Search bar.

The Tasks page has three tabs.

My Tasks: This tab shows all of the tasks assigned to you. It is the first thing you’ll see when viewing the Tasks page.

Assigned by me: This tab shows the tasks that you’ve assigned to others, who they are assigned to, and their current status. It is useful for ensuring that your users are on track with their learning.

All tasks: This tab shows all the tasks that you have permission to see, including those assigned to you. It offers a comprehensive view of all the tasks you may need to track.
