FlexDoc Admin panel

Learn how to use the FlexDoc Admin panel to view, manage, and update key details.

Use the FlexDoc Admin panel to easily view and manage a FlexDoc's name, description, and other important details.

To access this panel, go to your Knowledge Center and click the FlexDoc you want to edit. Click the Admin View icon. Admin View icon to view the FlexDoc Admin panel.

The FlexDoc Admin panel features two tabs.

Overview: See a high-level summary of the FlexDoc, including its name and description.

Details: View additional information about the FlexDoc, such as its current status.

Editing a FlexDoc's settings

To edit your FlexDoc's settings, view the Details tab and click the Edit icon.

FlexDoc fields and settings

The Details tab is organized into two sections.

Basic Info

Title: The name of the FlexDoc. Be sure to pick a name that is clear and specific but also provides enough detail so that users know what the FlexDoc is about.

Status: The state (e.g., Active, Inactive) of the FlexDoc. The status controls whether the FlexDoc is visible to users or hidden.

About: A description of the FlexDoc. This area is a great place to give your users a high-level overview of the FlexDoc so they can decide if it’s relevant to their needs. For example, you may include an AI summary of the FlexDoc, a list of learning objectives, or a short description of the document's purpose.

Advanced

API ID: The ID you can use to reference the FlexDoc if you are using the JoySuite API.
