Knowledge Center Admin panel

Use the Knowledge Center Admin panel to manage your Knowledge Center’s name and other important details.

To access this panel, go to your Knowledge Center and click the Information icon. Information icon.

The Knowledge Center Admin panel features two tabs.

Overview: See a high-level summary of the Knowledge Center, including its name and description.

Details: View additional information about the Knowledge Center, such as who created it and last made edits.

Editing a Knowledge Center’s settings

To edit your Knowledge Center’s settings, view the Details tab and click the Edit icon. Edit icon.

Knowledge Center fields and settings

The Details tab is organized into two sections.

Basic Info

Library Name: The name of the Knowledge Center.

About: A description of the Knowledge Center. You might want to use this area to describe the purpose of the Knowledge Center or provide a summary of the information it contains.

Advanced

API ID: The ID you can use to reference the Knowledge Center if you are using the JoySuite API.
