User Profile menu

Manage your preferences in Joy.

The User Profile menu allows you to decide how you experience Joy. For example, change the language the Joy interface appears in or log out to keep your account secure.

Above these settings, you should also see your name, email address, and the current time. If you see someone else’s name, you’ll want to log out, then log in with your username and password so that you can see your own tasks.


Changing the language

Customize how Joy displays by setting your preferred language. You can choose English, French, or Spanish.

The main menu, buttons, panels, and other screens in Joy will display in your preferred language. Folders and assets in the Knowledge Center will remain unchanged.

To change your display language, click the User Profile menu. Next, select Change language, then the language you want to use.

If you’re a user, the selected language will be used until you log out of Joy, close your web browser, or log in on a different device. If you’re an owner, the selected language will be used each time you use Joy.


Logging out

If you share a device or computer with other people, it’s a good idea to log out of Joy whenever you’re not using it. To log out, open the User Profile menu and then click Logout.
